Louis Mylle 37a6e2ad09 feat: Add Comics and Manga categories to Bookys scraper ...

Both share the BD page structure (20 items/page, ?page=N, .bys-item links),
so this is just two new CATEGORIES entries; the UI dropdown and URL builder
pick them up automatically. Note the site uses singular "comic" in the path.
